What is LVT estimating software?
LVT estimating software works out how many packs of luxury vinyl tile or plank a job needs and what it costs. In PlanCutFit you draw the rooms, choose the LVT from your price list with its pack size, and it adds your waste allowance, rounds up to whole packs, adds underlay and door bars, and prices the fitting.

Worked example
Example: 20.8 m² of LVT in 2.2 m² packs
- 20.8 m² + 10% waste = 22.9 m²
- 22.9 ÷ 2.2 = 10.4, so 11 packs (24.2 m²)
- Plus underlay for 20.8 m² and a door bar at each doorway

Can I use a different waste % for herringbone?
Yes. Waste is set per material, so a herringbone LVT can carry more waste than a straight plank.
Does it use my own prices?
Yes. You add your products, underlays, accessories and fitting rates once, with your cost and sell prices. Every quote uses them, and you see your profit on the job before you send it.
Does it work with no signal?
Yes. Measuring, quoting, photos and job updates all work offline and save on your phone. Everything uploads when you’re back in range, and it shows you if anything is still waiting.
How much does it cost?
Plans start at £49 a month for a sole trader and £199 a month for a shop with a team, with a 7-day free trial and no card needed. Card payments from customers go through Stripe, so Stripe’s fees apply; bank transfers are free.
